“ Good service as soon as we walked through the door they stopped talking and got to work. Cool inside ambiance it's colorful with simple and easy to clean tables inside if you want to sit down and eat or wait on your food. The mix over rice was delicious and the cucumber salad complimented the meal. The fries were well seasoned I can't forget to compliment the fries lol. ”
“ Tasty food --you get what you pay for. Some might say it's overpriced since you can get gyro platters for cheaper elsewhere. But prices are increasing everywhere and restaurants have to keep up to make a profit. Ordered a chicken over rice with hummus and chickpeas.. it was tasty! Quick delivery as well! ”
“ We decided to order some food after seeing all the great reviews. It was delivered quickly. Generous portions for the mixed chicken and lamb over rice, comes with salad and hummus. Ingredients were very fresh. Definitely better quality than food at a halal cart. One feeds 2 easily. I ordered fish for myself. Obviously smaller portion compared to the meat platter but a good option if you want a healthier protein. Not overly seasoned like other restaurants. Loved the fresh salad. Everything was great. Will never go back to street carts now that we know there's really good halal food that delivers to our house. ”
“ I was waiting to try this new C&R (Chicken&Rice) spot! The food arrived hot from Uber Eats, automatically you know it will taste better. CnR tasted good (I got mixed)..The hummus was decent.. the mozzarella sticks and fries were slightly above average. Overall this place will fulfill your late night halal food cravings. ”
“ Halal Truck food taken indoors; What a concept! We've been ordering every couple of weeks from this new neighborhood establishment, and haven't gone wrong yet. Terrific salads, wraps, gyros, and other fast, delicious Halal selections, delivered expeditiously at no extra charge. Prices are reasonable, generous portions, plenty of condiments, and courteous, professional, friendly employees. We've got a winner here folks! ”
“ What Can I Say. Local Halal Spot With A Twist. They Offer More Vegetables Than Other Locations. I Admire The Salad Bar Style Of Service With The Fresh Veggies & Extra To Add To Your Meal. Something I Would Try Again. Going To Spend $10.00 Easy. Good Food. Might Try Other Options. ”
“ Ordered food from here are December 31,2020 for delivery. The person who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. He explained the sauces and asked for my preferences as to the items ordered. Food: We ordered the mixed meat gyro (double meat portion) and Shrimp gyro. The gyro was very good and they were plentiful with the shrimp! It was wrapped in a triangle shape which is weird but the gyro was hot and tasty! The green sauce and white sauce mix was great in this item. The shrimp is plain tasting- not much seasoning but for perhaps a pinch of salt(if that at all). The mixed meat platter was a good size. It came with hummus and black beans which were very tasty. I'm not sure what the non chicken meat was but it did nothing have a true lamb taste. For me that is great since I detest lamb and would eat this with no issue. For a person who likes lamb and that lamb taste you will be a bit disappointed. I say a bit because the meat is well seasoned and it really good- whatever it is. The rice is good it may be basmati. White sauce is pretty standard yet the green sauce is so fresh and tasty!! Cost: The cost was very good! It was $18.49 for the food. Delivery: The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was very sweet! He said enjoy the food! That really resonated because I haven't heard anyone who delivers food day that to me EVER!! He got a huge tip based on that and because it's the right thing to do when you're too lazy to cook or go fetch the food yourself. Overall: I will order from here again. Excited to try something else!! ”
“ I have a bit of a long story to share. My first encounter with this restaurant was two days ago and initially it wasn't a good experience but it really didn't have to do with the restaurant. I ordered through Grub Hub and I guess I got unlucky with the delivery man. I ordered buffalo wings with hot sauce. The buffalo wings were served in a container and the hot sauce spilled all over the plastic bag. The person left my gate open too. It didn't feel safe to eat out of the bag at this point but I was hungry and proceeded anyway. I sent a picture of the mess the person made. As a response, the owner and manager reached out to me and they were very accommodating and wanted to make things right. They explained that delivery is handled through Grub Hub and not in their control. The second time I ordered food, they gave me sauces in containers and added fries too. This is definitely a place that wants to do well! Food wise: I love the chicken over rice. It's comparable to halal cart food. I always pay attention to the rice too and I like that it's long grain and separated. The nuggets and seasoned fries are crispy and well done. My thoughts on the buffalo wings will still stay the same. It wasn't my favorite. It just felt deep fried and that's all. As for the grilled chicken burger, that was really good. My only recommendation is that rather than chopping up the grilled chicken into pieces, just serve it as a patty; it makes it cleaner to eat. I do see myself ordering from this restaurant in the near future. Even though it was through GrubHub, I've had very positive experiences with GrubHub in the past so I will continue to use them. This is a new small business and it's woman owned. In these pressing times, I think it's great to support local businesses like this. ”
